Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and retain for future reference.

Promoter: pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London, W4 5YA (please do not send correspondence to this address). (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:

   1. Directors, management, and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
   2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
   3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

2. Requirements: Entrants must have internet access, smartphone, email address and mobile number. Purchase of a qualifying product and upload upload of the back-of-pack image. One entry per promotional pack and receipt. The receipt must relate to the batch/barcode of the product used for the entry and must be dated within the week of the entry being made. The original receipt may be requested to validate winning entries.

3. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens 00:00 on 06/04/2026 and closes 23:59 on 26/07/2026 (the “Closing Date”).

4. Final Draw Period: All valid entries received between 00:00 on 27/07/2026 and 23:59 on 30/09/2026, will be entered into the Final Draw for one Home Stadium Kit prize.

5. Entry Instructions: The smartphone must be linked to an active account with a recognised telephone services provider. The account holder must be the same person completing the registration. Promotion is limited to one entry per smartphone per day, maximum two entries per week.

   To enter:

   1. Purchase a promotional Jacob’s product (see clause 7), retain their original itemised receipt.
   2. Scan QR code or visit winwithjacobs.co.uk and enter full name, smartphone number, email address and upload a clear back-of-pack image.
   3. Once registration is completed, entrants will receive an onscreen “win” or “lose” message.
   4. Maximum one entry per day and two entries per week, per person; only 1 prize in each prize tier per household. For the avoidance of doubt, one prize may be won from each Tier 1 and Tier 2 prize pool, limited by household.
   5. Entries after 23:59 on 26/07/2026 will go into the Final Draw.
   6. Entries received after the Final Draw Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
   7. Entry may only be made online on our web page using the method described in (a) & (b) above. Claims by any other means (for example postal claims) shall not be accepted.
   8. In the event that the site has entries in which a bot is suspected, you may be required to validate either your mobile number or email address in order to validate your entry. This is at the promoter’s discretion and is in addition to the above requirements.

7. The Promoter will not accept:

   1. Responsibility for late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed entries.
   2. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt.

8. No third party or bulk entries. Automated entries, entries via syndicates, macros or similar will be disqualified. Fraudulent activity or falsifying data will void all associated entries and prizes

9. Prizes:

   1. Tier 1: 16 x Home stadium kits by Sony, consisting of one 65” BRAVIA 8 II QD-OLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart Google TV and one Bar 9, Subwoofer and Rear Speakers via guaranteed winning moments.
   2. Tier 2: Over 120,000 prizes available to be won, consisting of one Sony SRS-XB100 Wireless Bluetooth Travel Speaker via instant win. Not all prizes may be won.
   3. Final Draw: 1 x Home stadium kit by Sony, consisting of one 65” BRAVIA 8 II QD-OLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart Google TV and one Bar 9, Subwoofer and Rear Speakers.

10. Winner Selection:

    Tier 1: Guaranteed Winning moments allocated by secure algorithm; first valid entry after each moment wins. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 16 winning moment Prizes have been made available, and it is intended that they will be won.

    Tier 2: Winners are determined by a computer-generated algorithm. Winners will be notified instantly, and prize amount won displayed.

    Final Draw: There will be one (1) winner drawn from all entries received during the Final Draw Period and will be selected at random by week commencing 19th October 2026, under the supervision of an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received within the final draw period.

     

11. Winner Notification:

    Tier 1 Winners: Notified instantly on screen and by text. The text will contain a link to claim their prize within 14 days, or the prize will be forfeited.

    Tier 2 Winners: Notified instantly on screen and by text. The text will contain a link to claim their prize within 14 days, or the prize will be forfeited.

    Final Draw Winner: The Winner will be contacted by phone or text. They will be required to confirm their personal details including residential address within 14 days or their prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant in the same manner as clause 10.

     

12. Winner Fulfilment:

    Tier 1 Winners: The Promoter and their partners will aim to fulfil the Home Stadium prize within 28 days of receiving the postal information from the winner via the claim form.

    Tier 2 Winners: The Promoter will aim to fulfil the Sony speakers within 28 days of receiving the postal information from the winner via the claim form.

    Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may be prevented from providing some or all of the Prize elements due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or cancel some or all of the Prize and neither the Promoter nor the Companies accept responsibility in these circumstances.

     

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

14. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

15. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.

16. The Winners’ surnames and counties can be requested by emailing info@winners-list.com with the subject “8601 Winners List” and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 01/12/2026.

17. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

18. Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

19. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Reward may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as “script”, “brute force”, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

20. Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.

21. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any Prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or Winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider.

22. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

23. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

24. Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

25. This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
