These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Game/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and retain for future reference.

The Promoter: pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YA (please do not send any correspondence to this address). (“Promoter”).
Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to registered customers of Bestway Wholesale, Bestway Northern Limited and Batleys Depots, who are residents of Great Britain and aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:
1. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; and
3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
Requirements: Purchase required. Bestway Wholesale Business account is required. Entrants who purchase Qualifying Products in their role as an employee of a business must have their employer's permission to enter this promotion or to accept the prize and must comply with any relevant procedures (including corruption and bribery) their employer has established, including any rules for participating in promotions. For the avoidance of doubt, an entrant is the person/entity named on the invoice.
Promotional Period: The Promotion opens on 18/08/25 and ends on 14/09/25.
Entry Instructions:

To enter:
1. Customers will receive 1 scratch card for every purchase of 3 qualifying cases of Jacob’s Products (see clause 6 for full list) from your Jacob’s Bestway Vans Representative within the Promotional Period. Retain your original itemised invoice for every qualifying purchase.
2. Following each purchase of 3 qualifying cases, your Bestway Vans Representative will hand you 1 scratch card.
3. Scratch the panel to reveal if you are a winner.
4. Scratch cards will only be awarded using the method described in (a and b) above.
  There is no limit (subject to availability of scratch cards and purchase qualification criteria) on the number of scratch cards that can be made available to a purchaser. Similarly, there is no limit on the number of prizes that can be won by a qualifying purchase.

Till receipts/Invoices must show the purchase of two cases of qualifying McVitie’s product and must pre-date the date/time that entry is made. The full list of qualifying products is as follows:

The Promoter will not accept:
Responsibility for claims that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind or any other reason.

There are 636 prizes available to be won but not all prizes may be won.

Winner Selection: Each scratch card has one panel. Scratch the panel to find out if you are a winner. Winners will be those who reveal a winning message.
Winner Claim:

Cash: If you are a winner of a cash prize, claim your prize by entering your details including full name, business name, business bank details including sort code, account number and business address (this must relate to the business connected to the wholesale account the purchase was made with). email, phone number and unique reference number from under the scratch card panel at winwithjacobs.co.uk. Winners are advised to seek independent financial advice regarding any potential tax implications. It is the winner’s responsibility to declare any winnings to HMRC and comply with any applicable tax obligations.

Tier 2: If you have won a case of stock, hand the card back to your Rep to receive your free case immediately, stock levels permitting.

Winning scratch cards must be claimed by 12/10/2025 and any claim made after this date will not be fulfilled.
Prize Delivery:
1. All Winners of a cash prize that have successfully claimed their prize, will receive a payment via bank transfer to their business bank account submitted in the claim process within 28 days. Any failed payments due to inaccurate details submitted will be forfeited and the prize lost.
2. If you have won a case of stock, hand the card back to your Rep to receive your free case immediately, stock levels permitting.
Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may be prevented from providing some or all of the Prize elements due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or cancel some or all of the Prize and neither the Promoter nor the Companies accept responsibility in these circumstances.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that a claimant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right disqualify them.
The Winners’ business names and counties can be requested, by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to 8605BW Jacob’s Scratch Card Winners List, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 12/10/2025.
By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her business name and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Entrants can only enter the Promotion using their business account linked to their Bestway Wholesale Business Account. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
